Bears of Sheffield
The Bears have arrived!
The sculpture trail is back for another year as Bears take to the streets of Sheffield. We can’t wait to see you all there and for you to meet the Bears.
The Bears of Sheffield is a public arts exhibition which will unite the city whilst celebrating everything that is wonderful about Sheffield and its surrounding areas. Coordinated by The Children's Hospital Charity, the trail will bring together businesses, communities, artists and schools whilst supporting Sheffield Children’s Hospital. The Bears are currently being brought to life by artists of all ages, both professional and amateur, and they are set to make a dramatic entrance in July 2021.
The Bears of Sheffield will showcase 60 big and 100 little bear sculptures in both indoor and outdoor locations plus an extra special guest sculpture of Theo.

What the bears will fund!
The bears will raise vital funds to transform the Cancer and Leukaemia ward at Sheffield Children’s Hospital. The department treat children from babies through to 19-year olds, in South Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire and as far south as Northampton. One of twenty principle treatment centres in the UK, we care for children with cancer and Leukaemia as well as patients who have other blood problems such as bleeding and inherited disorders.
For many of our families home is wherever their child is, together we can create a new home which caters for all ages and will help some of our most vulnerable children in our society.
