This year’s snowflake appeal will help us to raise £2million towards the build of Sheffield Children's brand new research and technology centre, the National Centre for Child Health Technology (NCCHT).

By sponsoring a snowflake, you are making a real difference to the lives of children and their families who will benefit from the latest improvements in healthcare, with a focus on preventing and managing the biggest health challenges of our time.

Thank you for sponsoring a snowflake for Sheffield Children’s this year. Every pound you raise or donate will help thousands of children who visit every year. Once you submit your form, someone from our snowflakes team will be in touch.

By completing this form, you are agreeing that all proceeds from your snowflake sponsorship and fundraising will go to The Children’s Hospital Charity, which supports and enhances Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust.

Together we can ensure our doctors and nurses have exactly what they want, when they need it, to deliver world-leading care for our patients. The money you raise will help to ensure that the ongoing needs of the hospital continue to be met today, tomorrow and beyond, especially as those needs may change with time. Allowing the Charity to decide how best the funds will be used to help make Sheffield Children’s the extraordinary place it is, helps all departments within the Trust to receive fundraising money. By choosing the general fund, areas which are not front facing or don’t receive as many donations will still receive charitable funding.

If you are fundraising for your snowflake, you have until March 2025 to complete your fundraising and pay this in to the charity.
