By completing this form, you are agreeing that all proceeds from your snowflake sponsorship and fundraising will go to The Children’s Hospital Charity, which supports and enhances Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust.
Together we can ensure our doctors and nurses have exactly what they want, when they need it, to deliver world-leading care for our patients. The money you raise will help to ensure that the ongoing needs of the hospital continue to be met today, tomorrow and beyond, especially as those needs may change with time. Allowing the Charity to decide how best the funds will be used to help make Sheffield Children’s the extraordinary place it is, helps all departments within the Trust to receive fundraising money. By choosing the general fund, areas which are not front facing or don’t receive as many donations will still receive charitable funding.
If you are fundraising for your snowflake, you have until March 2024 to complete your fundraising and pay this in to the charity.
