The cast of Sleeping Beauty visited The Children’s Hospital today in support of our Christmas Theatres appeal.

Margi Clarke, who plays the Wicked Queen in the pantomime, said: “I was so impressed by the standard of care. All the people surrounding these children are bringing vitality of life back to them.
Sleeping Beauty is the classic story of a beautiful princess, cursed to sleep for 100 years until the kiss of her true love wakes her. Producer and Director, Paul Hendy (ITV’s Wheel of Fortune and Don’t Try this at Home) has written and directed the show, creating a family friendly pantomime full of humour.
The pantomime can be seen at the Lyceum until 8 January 2012.
