Once you have decided on your fundraising idea, please download this form, complete it and return it to us. This will help us to keep a record of who you are and what you're planning, and also gives you the opportunity to request balloons, t-shirts and other fundraising materials you may need to help you on your way.

Online fundraising pages

A brilliant way to increase your fundraising is to set up an online fundraising page. These enable you to share information about what you're doing and why with your friends and family, and donations can be made directly to The Children's Hospital Charity - no more messing around with paper sponsor forms!
